FSTR Performance SA 13.1

Sale Price: $149.99 Original Price: $179.99

The Performance 13.1 is built for experienced runners who are done just finishing and ready to race the San Antonio Half Marathon on December 6, 2026. 16 weeks, 4 days a week with an optional 5th easy run, designed to make your goal race pace feel controlled and sustainable on race day.

This is not a PDF. This is a live dynamic training program that lives on your phone and syncs directly to your Garmin or training watch. Because this is a dynamic program the plan can be adjusted and modified in real time based on how our community is responding throughout the 16 weeks. You also have direct access to me for any questions or support you need along the way.

What separates this program is the science behind how it is built. The plan is structured around two distinct physiological goals — raising your VO2 max ceiling in the first half of the program and pushing your lactate threshold floor in the second half.

The program follows an 80/20 training philosophy. 80% of your volume is easy aerobic work and 20% is structured quality work. You have two quality sessions per week — Wednesday track sessions with I pace intervals and tempo runs that build progressively across 16 weeks, and Monday sessions that shift from tempo work in the aerobic phase to easy running in race prep so your body is protected and ready for the hardest block of the plan.

Wednesday track sessions are aligned with the FSTR Run Club track sessions.

The long runs in this program are progression runs, the first portion is easy and the final miles are at race pace. This is the most race specific workout in the plan. It teaches your body to shift gears mid run and hold goal pace on tired legs which is exactly what December 6 demands.
